I Think I may be Suffering from Embolism…?

Alright, I woke up earlier this morning with a very slight pain in the center of my chest and a sort of pressure in my neck. After looking this up for an hour or two, the signs seem to point to a possible embolism, but the symptoms completely fade moments after eating/swallowing/drinking anything and come back promptly after several minutes. Should I seek medical attention or is this something else?
