aside from the obvious things. all i can think is meat and low carb veggies.no fruits or grains AT ALL? an example of “hidden” culprits to avoid? also healthy examples of a days worth of meals…bf…lunch….supper….snacks. i can figure out low cal, low fat, low carb…but i mean fruit has sugars, and some foods change to sugar.do i slowly eliminate or go cold turkey? ha ha… im totally lost so any suggested readings or diets to help avoid SUGAR, GRAINS AND STARCHES would be greatly appreciated!
