I went to espn.com and lebron james’s profile says he is 6’8 250 pounds. I used an online bmi calculator and his bmi is 27.46, and anything over 25 is considered overweight. But i looked for his wingspan and it is about 7 feet. So is he really overweight or the bmi calculator isn’t acurate?

Before I started dieting and exercising about two weeks ago, I was eating whatever I wanted especially junk food and fast food. Now I am eating incredibly healthy and exercising. Hey, I’m Age 15 (turning 16), 5’6″, 208 lbs. I have perfect hygiene. It’s just, I’m valedictorian of my high school class right now, and I have sooooo much work. I have absolutely free time, and when I do, when not doing 1 of my 7 clubs, I like to relax, much less exercise. I believe its my lack of inactivity that puts me here.
