What should I do about a bloody nail?
Talk about a bad week, I caught bronchitis, then I slammed my finger in my car door. My nail is now black and can move around but it is still attached to my finger. This happened on Wednesday, so the blood has dried. When I cut the nail today the blood was still packed underneath the nail. The best way to describe it is pressure between my nail and finger. After getting bitten by my small dog accidentally a few weeks ago, only the index finger nail was punctured but not very deeply but there is a small crack in the nail at the nail bed area. It was blue for a while but after 1 week it heeled, now its going a beige colour gradually from where the wound was (which was very small) am I going to lose my fingernail? I stepped on a small piece of glass?

Ive had one in my middle finger. i don’t know what to do because the doctor couldn’t get it out. ive tried to get it out myself but it never came out on its own. i feel the splinter and i don’t think its infected. i haven’t had any problems using my finger with the splinter so i just wanted to know is it okay to wait this out any longer? For Debrox ear drops, after dropping it in the ear, are you suppose to clean out all the gunk left from the ear drops? Or are you suppose to leave it in there? What I do is I put it in for a few minutes, and then let it leak out to clean it out, so I use a napkin and I just clean around the outside area, but do I also have to clean the ear hole? Okay I got my ears repierced about 5 weeks ago. The only reason the last one closed up is because i took it out to soon. SO this time i know better. But that was 3 years ago. What will it be like taking it out and putting it back in??? Will it hurt? It’s on the part of the ear closest to her head facing her back. I was cutting a mat off of it when she moved and I accidentally cut a little into her ear. It’s not too bad, just a little cut. She didn’t yelp or move at all after I did it, actually I wouldn’t have known I did it had I not looked. Alright so I get ingrown toenails alot. I have big feet for my size(I’m 13, 5 feet, and wear a size 9 shoe) And am always getting ingrown toenails. Not on the top corner of my toe, but in the side of my toenail where the two sides of the nail are parellel. I was thinking about getting venom bites(two piercings on the tongue that are side by side. closer the the tip than the ones done in the center). I heard that these are more painful than the traditional tongue piercing that is in the center.

Ok so i was trying to cut the seal on a plastic bottle with a can lid and it slid and it slid completely across the back of my index finger. It’s super gross, because I can pull the top half and bottom half of the skin in separate directions and I can see that I cut through an inner layer. I put ointment and wrapped it in a gauze bandage, but will it heal like superficial cuts or will I have to go get stitches? Read more of this post
