I injured my back bodyboarding about three years ago , i dropped down onto the bottom of the wave and my legs stretched up towards my head and as this happened the wave broke on my legs pushing them even harder forward , i heard a crack. What would be a good way to condition my lower legs to prevent high ankle strains?

So last week I fell down three steps at school and after that my foot hurt really bad and it hurt to walk. It hurt for the rest of the day and I still went to drill team practice. Okay, so when I was quite young, around 12, I dislocated one of my knees. Now, 7 years later I have dislocated both of my knees probably 2 on one side and like 6 on the other. I have been wearing knee braces constantly out of fear since the pain is so bad when it happens. It has also dislocated with a knee brace on. So obviously it doesn’t provide enough. I pulled a muscle while doing martial arts and now my shoulder is throbbing with pain now. I was suicidal and cut myself all over my left arm.. and the hospital gave me a tetnis shot.. what it that ?
I attempted suicide Friday and my left arm looksawful. From cuts a few weeks ago and it’s swollen and infected and everything. And I was in for an overdose and they just gave me an injection in my upper left arm and it hurts so much. I think they said it was a tetnis shot.. what is that for .
