I quit smoking 10 days ago with the nicquitin cq 24hr patches. the thing is if i have them any where on my upper body i get really bad pain like cramping going up and down my arms it got so bad today i nearly passed out, so i have to rip the patch off and with in 20 mins it clears up . Has anyone else had this problem ? i need help as the chemist has no idea whats going on with me when i go in.?

sounds to me like you are allergic to the adhesive… i have several friends who are!! you may have to use a different method to quit… gum and lozenges are available,as well as other methods.. whatever you co don’t quit quitting
the good news is that i now have been quit for over 5 years.. i quit trying to quit alone, and joined a support group.. i attend nicotine anonymous meetings both locally and on line.. on line voice meetings are he as close as your computer, and you can attend while still smoking, before actually attempting a quit.. however you decide to quit good luck, there is simply no wrong way to quit!!
