My parents dont belive in them. I have killed my body from 8 years of cheerleading and am always cracking. I really would like to go to one and see if I can benefit. I killed my back, which was the main reason I stopped cheering. It always hurts, and I’ve gone to physical therapy but have learned to deal with the pain. Right so on sunday evening my wrist began to hurt, I don’t really remember what times but if I remember right I did fall onto it with most of my weight.
