Tarsorrhaphy Procedure Opinions
What are your opinions regarding a Tarsorrhaphy procedure?
In a nutshell, I had a stroke and as a result, my left eye does not blink so I have an infection. My doctor wants to do a tarsorrhaphy (do a search, and it comes right up), which is sewing the eyelid.
I interpreted the doctor as saying it will only be for two weeks. My question is, what is going to happen in two weeks? My stroke will not have disappeared. Read more of this post

Post Lasik question. Left eye really blurry in morning but clear after a few hours?
I had both eyes done with LASIK on dec 4th and things have been ok. I’ve had the usual dryness especially in the mornings but lately it’s been getting easier an I’ve found I’m not having to use them as much now. My main concern in when I wake up, the vision in my left eye, which is the less dominant one if that matters, is really blurry. Almost as poor as before the op. Read more of this post

I get blinded by lights at night when I wear my contact lenses.
I’ve been wearing glasses for the past, hmm.. 5 years maybe. My vision is not that low, something like -2. As I play sports (especially football) I wear lenses too. Why are my eyes kinda red after wearing contacts?
I wear contacts in 6:30am and take them off at 10pm, and by that time, my eyes are red. Actually my eyes are red after only 2-3 hrs of wearing them. For as long as i remember i have noticed that when for example, looking at a bright street light, i can see like a glare, of the shine coming from the light, its almost like a doublevision sort of thing.
